Measure, Cut and Stamp:

5-1/2" x 8-1/2 Highland Heather cardstock
-score at 4-1/4" for card-base
-run the card front through the Layered Leaves 3D embossing folder

3-3/8" x 4-7/8" Whisper White cardstock
-Stamp the flower outline and the dragonfly with Memento ink
-Stamp the leave filler with Call Me Clover Stampin' Pad
-Stamp the flower filler with Highland Heather Stampin' Pad
-Color the dragonfly's wings with Pineapple Punch blend marker (light or dark)
-Sponge the sky around the flower and dragonfly with Balmy Blue Stampin' pad

3-1/2" x 5" Laser-Cut panel with oval cut-out
-glue the stamped Whisper White sheet above under the laser-cut panel
-sponge around the outer edges with Call Me Clover Stampin' Pad and sponge
-add dimensionals behind this layered piece and glue onto card base

3/4" x 4" Whisper White
-stamp "Happy Easter" in Highland Heather onto the strip toward the left side
-Cut a banner notch on the right side of this strip
-sponge with Call Me Clover around the banner
-put a small bit of glue at the bottom edge of banner and add scallops from the laser-cut pack
-add dimensionals to back and glue toward the left side of the oval piece

5" Leaf Ribbon
-put Mini Glue Dots behind a few of the leaves and stretch it along the left side of the oval layer

Add sequins in random places.  I used 5 total sequins.
