Monday's card was very feminine, so I thought I would create a more masculine card for today's post. This card has a couple techniques that are a lot of fun... first, heat embossing... Watching your stamped image get shiny under the heat tool... I've said it before... it's a bit magical! I did the rims, pedal and sentiment in silver embossing powder. Second, the embossing folder technique. Ink the folder directly with the stamp pad and run your cardstock through the inked folder to get this cool effect of a colored background. I took a blender pen over the ink to soften the color.
