Spotlight Flourish

This is such a simple, yet stunning technique! Stamp an image and choose the portion you'd like to highlight and punch a smaller circle out. Color only that circle and mat it on a larger circle of the mat color and pop it. Super simple, very few supplies (a couple circle punches and some coloring tools) and a fabulous card!
